Payment is collected in store at pickup; no payment card information is entered on or stored by this Site. When you submit our contact form, the information you enter is collected and processed by our customer-communications provider on our behalf.

Age confirmation. Portions of this Site and certain products are restricted to visitors 21 and older. We may record your confirmation that you meet the age requirement. Government-issued ID checked at pickup is verified in person and is not stored by this Site.
We use the information we collect to: process and fulfill orders (including notifying you when an order is ready for pickup); respond to your questions and messages; operate, maintain, and improve the Site; prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service and age restrictions; and, with your consent, send you marketing communications.
